Self-Esteem & Confidence Counselling
Self-Esteem, two little words that mean so much because they describe how we feel about ourselves. The relationship we have with ourselves is one of the most important in our lives and yet we often neglect to pay attention to ourselves, limiting ourselves and not achieving what we could.
We all have times when we allow those negative thoughts to creep in and steal our confidence away, sabotaging our motivation. We can be our own worst enemies, giving in to negative self-talk, comparing ourselves to others, focusing on their positives while we play down our own. Low self-esteem can prevent us from knowing who we really are and of being our authentic self.
